capabilities to produce smoked sausage, like summer sausage, salami, snack
sticks and polish sausage. Two different kinds of smoked jerky. We
can also make fresh sausages like breakfast sausage, bratwurst, Italian
sausage and Chorizo. At Parsons we are deer hunters and we know what deer
hunters want from their deer processor. The entire carcass is meticulously
boned and trimmed of all fat to eliminate the wild taste so often associated
