KATHRYN'S VENISON ROAST
Ingredients
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Flour
Paprika
Black Pepper
1/2 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Beef Bouillon
Onion
Potatoes
Celery
Carrots
Instructions
Mix brown sugar, flour, paprika, black pepper, rub into roast. Brown
in margarine and add beef bouillon, cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours.
Add
onion, potatoes, celery, and carrots. Bake 1 hour. |
