VENISON STEW

Ingredients


4 lbs of cubed venison
flour 
salt and pepper
1/2 TBSP oil
1 15 oz can of stewed tomatoes 
3 carrots peeled
3 stalks celery, chopped
4 potatoes, peeled
3 sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 cups peas 
2 cups green beans
2 cups mushrooms 
1 onion, quartered 

Instructions


Heat oil in a large frying pan. Flour venison and brown in oil. Season to taste. Reduce heat and cook until tender. Add can of tomatoes and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add vegetables and simmer until vegetables are tender.
