VENISON SAUSAGE GRAVY

Ingredients


1 lbs Venison Breakfast Sausage Hot or Mild
2 TBSP Flour
2 cups Milk
2 TBSP Oil

Instructions


Brown sausage in skillet, add oil if needed, stir in flour add milk, season to taste. If gravy becomes to thick add more milk to desired consistency. Serve over hot biscuits.
