 All Burger $60
Your deer will be completely boned and ground, then we will add 50% lean beef trimmings with your meat at a ratio of approximately 4 parts venison to 1 part beef trim, then ground again.

Package #2
 Steaks & Burger $70
We carefully fillet the backstrap and butterfly them. Then we will bone the round steaks and sirloin tip then slice them 1/2 inch thick. the remainder will be boned and ground into burger.

Package #3
 Roast Sampler $75
The backstraps are fillet and butterfly cut and the round steaks are boned and sliced 1/2 inch thick. We save one sirloin tip roast and slice the other sirloin tip into steaks. We save one shoulder roast, bone and rolled , layered with bacon. The remainder of your deer is boned and ground into burger.

Package # 4
 Roast Lover $80
This Package consists of two sirloin tip roasts and the two shoulder roast,s boned and rolled, layered with bacon. The backstrap are butterfly cut and the round is boned and cut into steaks. The remainder is boned and ground into burger.

Special Cuts
 Butterfly Backstrap $8
Extra charge to cut and package backstraps with package #1 All Burger or with carcass orders of all sausage.

 Cube Steak $1.50/lb
Lean cuts are tenderized and shaped 3-4 steaks to a pound. Makes great chicken fried steak! Just spice and flour both sides, then fry in hot skillet for 5-10 minutes.

 Grinding Game Meat $.50/lb
Price includes adding 20% beef trim to aid in cooking. Packaged in 1 pound bags. NO CHARGE for grinding if we are cutting entire carcass.
