BRATWURST
Ingredients
Brats, plain, cajun or onion & garlic flavor
1 large Onion quartered
2 Cloves Garlic crushed
6 cans Beer
Instructions
Combine onion, garlic, and four beers in a large sauce pan. Bring to
a boil, add brats. Boil briefly, until brats start to whiten. Remove brats
from pan and place on a hot barbecue grill. Cook until done. Serve on toasted
bun with chopped onion, relish, mustard, ketchup or barbecue sauce. Drink
remaining two beers with brats.
