MOM'S BARBECUED MEATBALLS
Ingredients
3 lbs ground venison
1 can Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 Eggs
2 cups Quick Quaker Oats
1 medium Onion diced
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Salt
Sauce
2 cups Catsup
1 TBSP Liquid Smoke
1/3 cup Worcestershire
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 TBSP Vinegar
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over
meatballs before baking. Mix meatball ingredients together and form walnut
sized balls. Bake in a shallow pan at 350 for 1 hour. If serving as appetizers
put cooked meatballs in a crock pot and pour additional sauce over them.
