MOM'S BARBECUED MEATBALLSIngredients3 lbs ground venison 1 can Evaporated Milk 1/2 tsp Pepper 2 tsp Chili Powder 2 Eggs 2 cups Quick Quaker Oats 1 medium Onion diced 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt 2 tsp Salt Sauce
InstructionsMix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs before baking. Mix meatball ingredients together and form walnut sized balls. Bake in a shallow pan at 350 for 1 hour. If serving as appetizers put cooked meatballs in a crock pot and pour additional sauce over them. |
